Chad Sims owns and operates Shore Inspection Services LLC, a home inspection company based in Preston, Maryland. Partnering with his clients, he inspects residential homes and quickly produces detailed and accurate reports, making it easy for clients to understand the condition of their property.

Prior to founding his company, Chad was a seasoned construction professional with years of experience in the Washington, DC and East Coast. He has a wealth of knowledge in building, restoration, and renovation, and has successfully completed numerous projects throughout the region.

In addition to his technical expertise, Chad has a background in marketing and sales, which he leverages to provide excellent customer service. Chad is known for his friendly and approachable demeanor, which makes him a trusted resource for his clients. He takes pride in partnering with clients to answer their questions and explain findings, so they have the information they need to make smart decisions about their cherished home.

Chad and his wife reside in Caroline County on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Their love of the Eastern Shore and the great outdoors drew them to the area. In their off time, you might find them duck hunting, fishing, or boating.
